Daily Prompt: Sick of Being Angry

Anyone else with me?

I have spent more of my time angry since starting menopause at roughly 50 years of age, than all of my first fifty years combined.  When my hormones conked out, I became horribly irritable.  Thankfully I was already divorced by then or who knows what may have transpired!

Today I had to delete a rant I made on a Facebook post from WXYZ-TV channel 7.  They just confirmed a body found was that of 13-year-old Deontae Mitchell who was seen being kidnapped by a man, whom they have since arrested.  The kidnapping was reportedly committed on Tuesday night, May 31st and an amber alert was issued by at least the following day, Wednesday.  Now another child in Detroit is dead at the hands of some monster.  I am starting to realize why all the other animal kingdom fears human animals so much.  We are horrible creatures!

Without proper training we are dangerous and unstoppable except by deadly force just like any other wild, willful animal.  This is not the way it was meant to be.  Hence something called religious training.  Most, if not all cultures have a base belief in a God.  Most believe you will be punished by this God if you defy His word and defile His world.  This is what I was taught and I believe this to be the truth because it makes perfect sense.  The lies are that no such God exists so go ahead, if you’re feeling lucky, and do whatever strikes your fancy for the moment.  This is where liberal ideology will eventually destroy everything in its path.

All civilizations that have stood the test of time have had strict taboos on many things and rightly so.  I have watched our society in America slowly disintegrate by allowing small groups of people to go against society’s accepted norms in various ways from promiscuity to rampant use of drugs and alcohol.  Every time a group is allowed to stray and “do their own thing” instead of the right thing, their society as a whole weakens.  Do some of these people honestly think the rest of us are acting on our every impulse?  That we are living our dreams and doing our own thing?  No we are taking care of them and others by sacrifice and doing the right thing just like some of our parents did by getting to bed early so they could put in a long day’s work the next day instead of sneaking out to see a secret lover or get so high they couldn’t even make it into work the next day.

Women who cared made sure they were married to a stable, sober man before having unprotected sex and bringing some poor child into the already cold, cruel world.  Now it’s more important to be “turned on” or “thrilled” because that’s living your dream and our liberal media is being sure to let us know that this is the most important thing in life.  Thankfully there are modern folks still being raised by good, loving parents old school that realize the personal satisfaction of a job well done in all aspects of a well lived life.

There are sayings about regrets at the end of your life for things you didn’t try.  Unfortunately there are more regrets by those that tried things they shouldn’t have.  Don’t believe everything you hear.

Who is the Real Enemy?

Man has always tried to make the best of things.  The spirit most of us have is to never give up.  With that in mind, it has never been man’s spirit to encourage or allow evil to share their lives, unless they too were of that same evil mindset.  Either way, Jesus said it best about the dark not liking the light and vice versa.  This is why you are not supposed to be those that do not share your values and morals.  You may pull some up but more often, they will at least try to drag you down in their misery.

I believe this is why terrorists love to find the happiest places to shoot or blow up.  Weddings, parties and so on.  These are weak, empty vessels that allow themselves to be filled up by the devil himself and become full of jealousy and hatred.  Jealousy is a huge emotion seldom spoken of.  It is what was behind Cain murdering Abel.  This is why some cannot begin to understand the teachings of Christ to first love God, but to love their brother as themselves.  If you don’t love yourself, you can’t love others.

I truly believe that any religions or cults that exist in our world that promote hatred and violence must be banned.  Once banned, they will have to creep back under the rock from which they first crawled from and they don’t need to be eradicated.

Unfortunately liberalism has helped to spread so much sin and horror in our modern world because liberalism does not seem to accept all, but appears to have an affinity towards sin.  They don’t just love the sinners, as Christianity does as it attempts to save and correct them, but appears to coddle and encourage bad behavior in the sinner.  This is loving sin and it shows the true spirit behind liberalism.

Just because there have been traditional practices throughout the ages, does not make them right or acceptable.  We all know better now.  We are well aware of freedom and something we call rights in America.  We all know what murder is and we all know what slavery is and that they are and always have been wrong.  This does not stop some people from committing these acts even today.  Some with a liberal spin on them of course

Any race, religion, color, creed or group that promotes any kind of harm or violence to others, regardless of age, sex or anything really, must be stopped now.  Liberalism appears to be going to extremes in the endless quest to be against anything that real or conservative people think.  So liberalism is a lot like rebellion against what has always been considered normal or acceptable.  The liberals forget that through the years civilized societies deemed certain things taboo for a reason and it won’t take long for any society to find that out as it spins further out of control.

Everything you have the urge to do is not natural and therefore should be acceptable as we see with women wishing to end their child’s life simply because it would complicate their own.  Neither is it acceptable for someone to end another’s life because they have judged them as a sinner or infidel as the terrorists do.  Both are murderers and both terrorists in my eyes.

Either all life is sacred or none is.Pray4France2

All murder is terrorism and must stop now.

Do you actually think about things or merely agree with whatever you hear?  Be the positive change we need in this world.

Will There be Another BIG BANG?

I think there will be, but not in the manner of the original phrase.  Not because those book learned yet foolish scientists are playing games with trying to create the BIG BANG, which is insane on the face of it.  No.  I mean everything that man is now doing is beyond wrong and will be blowing up in their faces very soon.  Besides, people forget that the BIG BANG is merely some spiritually  unenlightened man’s theory.  I’ve noticed most in positions of power in our liberal, politically correct society are very ignorant.  They have no wisdom and it appears no sense of logic as well.

GodAtom

The BIG BANG is a label some give to the start of our universe and God’s people consider the instant God said “Let there be light.”  But scientists don’t want to mention God and would rather say a random explosion occurred in the cosmos and the fact that everything on God’s earth fits perfectly together is just a coincidence.  We all know what they say about coincidences and no one really knows how or why these occur.

I do wonder if the liberal world view is just ignorance and selfishness or if there actually are demonic forces driving some people to deliberately do things that will destroy this world.  The world God created.

You can never truly know another man’s heart, and that is another thing some men are pretending to find a solution to with mind reading machines.  What a laugh, like their lie detectors were not obtuse enough.  But then man’s dream is for ultimate control over other men.  It’s not enough to kill them, rape their women and burn their villages anymore.  They want to keep as many of them here to witness that superior skill of conquering their enemies and making them do their bidding.  Face it, you’re dead, what fun is that?  Who can they mock and dictate to?  Only the very ignorant kill their enemies anymore.

Political correctness or liberalism is causing enormous problems in our society and in the world in general.  It sounds good and even somewhat Christian to be kind and not judge others and in my real life, I don’t judge or treat anyone differently no matter who they are or what they do.  This does not mean that I tolerate bad or dangerous behavior from others such as abuse but I meet people on the same level no matter their status or beliefs.

The biggest problem I see with liberalism is hypocrisy.  What began as acceptance of sin is now a love for it and a complete contempt for God, Jesus and everything that stands for righteousness.  This proves what is really behind the movement.  I knew it all along but most fall for anything because they are not strong in the Word.  Most don’t know the Word of God at all and that’s why it’s been so easy for liberalism to take hold and for so many motivational speakers and others to sell their books and philosophies they steal from Christ all the while pretending it’s their great idea.

I’m not religious but I do recognize Jesus as the Son of God and that He was definitely born for a reason.  I am personally thankful for that reason and wish more knew His Words so they will get to know Him and He who sent Him, God!  There does appear to be a definite choosing of sides at this time and all one has to do is have a Facebook account with all the feeds that come in daily recanting all the atrocities going on in our world, all the lines being drawn and the doctrines quoted by so many of opposing sides to see that something big and bad is about to go down soon.

Much like tap dancing on that proverbial minefield, something definitely is about to go BANG in a BIG way!  Only fitting that something starting with a BIG BANG should end the same way.

Battle in Your Mind

When I was younger I never really thought about all the much used phrases in our society.  But “battle” with drugs and alcohol has been thrown around a lot lately.  CarolYoungFace

I never thought about just how deceptive that comment is.  You can say people that desire to do or have something that is not good for them and cannot seem to achieve control over their “urges” are struggling of course, but there is something to be said about the word “battle“.  You should always be the victor or maybe you just want to do it?

What is an actual battle?  It is a fight, usually a violent one.  We all need to reach the point that any thought such as taking drugs or sleeping with another’s spouse is so insane to us, those thoughts will cease and desist!  I don’t even have fleeting thoughts such as those because I was raised to believe that certain things are bad and bad people go to hell, simply put, and it worked for me.  I think this has helped me immensely to be the kind of person you can trust and I wish more people were like me.  I actually like myself and don’t want to escape from me or my life even though it’s never been an easy life to live.

There are sayings such as “don’t start nothing, won’t be nothing.”  This has to do with warning someone else not to mess with you or it could get ugly.  If you are about to do battle with yourself, why wouldn’t you give yourself the same heads-up?  Why would someone want to do anything that feels good for the moment, when in their own minds they know just how ugly it can get.

Many years ago most decent people were raised in the Word.  People complain a lot about religion controlling us, but it looks like it has to.  People used to teach their children self-control, self-discipline and respect.  People that cannot control themselves are a danger to themselves and others.  I sometimes wonder how many truly mentally ill people there are or are they just selfish and either don’t know how to or don’t desire to control themselves.

The 1960’s started the hedonistic “if it feels good, do it” mentality but if you don’t know how to control your inner demons, be sure they will control you.  They will win that battle in the mind.  You need to have matter over mind in the fact that everyone has thoughts, ideas and urges, but most never act on them because they have the ability to think further than the moment.  Yes you can be tempted by someone into adultery, getting high or even an act of rage if you are in that circumstance for the moment.  What you need to do is prepare for battles as anyone planning to win does.

You know your weaknesses and people you shouldn’t be around so stay away from these and them!  Battle’s half won.  Now get your fanny moving to living the life you really want to live, within reason, not falling back on something to make you feel better for the moment.  Now on that line of thinking, if you want to fall back on anything, you need to fall on God!  He can and will get you through everything as long as you know it to be true.  There is a rock hard strength in true faith and for most, religion is a big part of this.  It’s good training for your mind.

Not the traditions or symbols of so many of them, but the teachings of Christ to love one another.  That’s all the religious teaching we need.  To somehow get the point across to others, deep in their souls, that you would never do something to someone that you would not want done to yourself or a loved one.  This means that you would not risk harming yourself for a temporary cheap thrill.

If the entire world would become kinder and gentler there would fewer reasons for people to try to cover up their hurt with food, sex, drugs, etc.

Believe to be part of the solution as a child of God.

Proof is in the Pudding!

The online Cambridge Dictionary defines this phrase to mean you can only judge the quality of something after you have tried, used or experienced it.

Jesus told everyone that the way of the world was wrong over two thousand years ago.  The proof of that is to just look around you and see how many of the people that go the way of the world, doing what is popular for the current time in their culture, leave a path of destruction in many ways.  Jesus preached the gospel of love for one another.

It might be in following the current rhetoric telling people to live their dreams and in doing so, most of these people will fall to ruin.  It may be the fact that most of the world is in it for themselves.  Their lives revolve around them and what will benefit them, usually monetarily, for the moment.  In our current American culture you can look at Wall Street, the banking industry, oil companies and all the multinational corporations that have one thing in common.  They want to make as much money as possible and don’t care who or what they effect adversely.

This is not the way we are supposed to be spending our few seconds on this earth.  We are supposed to be making the world better for being here, not destroying it under false delusions that we are providing jobs for others and making the way for a better tomorrow.  At this pace, tomorrow really will never come.

We now have empty people who’s only desire is “doing their own thing” no matter who it hurts.  They fill their emptiness with lies that are regularly streamed through all our varied media sources rigidly controlled by various governmental dictates instead of the ever “demonized” religion.  Some use drugs, sex, work or other compulsive behavior to distract from the fact that they are frightened at the desolation of their very soul.  There are many who say how horrible church is and that it is too controlling.  In telling the truth, religion helps people learn to control themselves so that they no longer have to be rigidly controlled by other men with guns.

God made us all in a wondrous way.  We actually feel better and more complete the more we share and do for others.  The way to stop a pity party is to throw one for someone else.  When you are hurting, bestow your caring and concern for another who needs it and it actually helps to heal your own broken heart.

The Least of My Brethren

There seems to be a strong and common belief that a man is only a man if he has riches and high station in life.  This is wrong.  It was explained as wrong over 2000 years ago.  We have been teaching right from wrong to anyone who will listen for as many years.  Ever since Christ was murdered by the mindless mob.

Last week there were stories circulating about some celebrity’s wedding and how some thoughtless, compassionless loser thought it cute to film homeless people wishing these wealthy celebrities well on their marriage.  Now whether this was done because they were allowing fans, whoever they may be, to say congratulations, I don’t know and really don’t care.  They know why they did it.  So does God.  People seem to have this illusion that if they don’t believe something, it doesn’t exist or won’t happen to them like going to hell and stuff like that.  You actually bring that with you when you leave.  You will never escape you, so you kinda want to get it right while you are still here.

There have been numerous sitcoms lately where the writers have shown just what little regard they have for others.  Just how thick-skinned and thick-headed they are.  Jokes about “killing a homeless man to get laid” are simply not funny.  The only people who would enjoy that humor may actually pull a stunt like that or be encouraged to by this kind of rhetoric because who would actually make a suggestion such as this in a culture where some evil, demented people actually do these kinds of things?  First you have to believe that you are actually better than someone else.  You may make better choices, etc, but this does not make you better.

Jesus was very clear about whatever is done to the least of the brethren is done to Him.  Whatever you do to others, you do to yourself.  When you hate others and hurt others you show the world just how much you hate yourself.  Why?  What or who ever told you that you were not worth loving?  Why do you think that other’s don’t have the same needs as you do?  Why do you not try to understand that most people are just doing the best that they can in the world and they need help, not hindrance?  Jesus taught people to do unto others as they would wish to have done to themselves.  This is not a hard concept.  There is not a man alive who does not need love, so therefore needs to give it.  What you give to the world and others is what you will have in return.  Sure there are the evil that if their son asked for a fish they would give him a stone.  Thank God but for the teachings of Christ, these people are few and far between.  This is rapidly changing since the people in charge of everything go further away from the teachings of the one who was born to save the world.  There is nothing funny about Jesus or anything He ever said.  Anyone who thinks he can find fault with His words, good luck!  There have been many who take His words and teachings and try to pretend they are their own so they can sell their motivational books or to start their own religion, such as scientology, but accept no substitutions when it comes to the Word.

Many people think they are smart when they bully or make fun of others, but they are really more upset than most.  Some do become very angry and upset when someone strikes a chord in their very heart and soul, stirs their compassion and instead of crying for that person they would rather tease or attack simply because they don’t know how to deal with it.  It’s OK to feel bad or even angry at those we think are lazy or stupid, but it is not OK to make fun of them or hurt them.  Many of the homeless cannot or will not take people’s help when offered.  That is their choice.  Most of the homeless are the mentally ill and our society no longer takes care of them.  Our society would rather have some on reality shows that allow the audience to jeer and scream at their antics, much like the medieval lords and ladys did years ago to the village idiots they enjoyed laughing at.  I will never understand why some human beings are so evolved and others behave worse than trained chimps.  I have seen dogs with more compassion than some people I know.  You decide if you wish to be thought of as someone’s hero or just another thorn in their side.
