Daily Prompt: Ten Things That I Believe

The liberal mindset and reasoning behind the way the mainstream media pretends to promote our collective beliefs is completely dishonest. We all know the effect that celebrities and stardom have on the average young person so the media uses their voices as a way to sway those who don’t know any better to specific agendas using them as a way to spread their ideology to indoctrinate and pervert the unsuspecting mind.

This effect is not debatable because we all know what the power of repetition does to the human mind.   A sort of “auto-suggestion” that causes them to go along with whatever is being said. You would have to be able to recognize what is going on to “block” and fight against their will over yours. If this were not so, they would not have something called “commercials” corporations pay big bucks to flood the airways with.

  1. We need to start obeying God’s Commandments or Word over man’s word. We need to put back the words of God into our public buildings and take away the voice of unrighteous men from all areas of our lives.
  1. We need to realize that when we claim to resent the intrusion of religion “controlling us” in favor of the control another man has over our mind, we might need to wake up fast, especially when that control is bad for us.
  1. We need to see that there are many forms of bullying and a group that claims to be against it, but believes a mother murdering her own child is a personal choice or someone who abuses others that do not accept their beliefs is acceptable, makes them hypocritical beyond belief.
  1. We need to know that our personal belief is just that and no one group or person has the right to force their opinions on others, especially when they do not want it done to them.   Again hypocritical bullying and maybe a little insane.
  1. If you live in a country, you must believe in that country’s basic belief system or it defeats the purpose for you to live there in the first place. You might want to find another place to live if you cannot support the country that supports you.
  1. There are too many people demanding too many things that are not only offensive to the majority, but they are completely unreasonable. These people need to be made to grow up, get the mental health help they really need or keep it to themselves.
  1. No group of people, minority or otherwise, should ever be able to behave in a consistently racist or offensive way and expect to be accepted or taken seriously by others. No group that means to offend and harm others should be tolerated, no matter what false rhetoric they use to back up their action.   Most can recognize the truth. No person or group that preaches hate and murder should ever be taken seriously. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to prevent this kind of behavior from becoming more prevalent.
  1. Expect the best from people and they usually don’t disappoint. I believe in “tough love.” I have seen so many people fail when others allow them to by making excuses for them and making them weak. If you really love someone, you want them to be independent and will show them they can do better, because we all can if we put forth the effort and believe in ourselves.
  1. Treat other people, as you wish to be treated yourself. Don’t condemn others for doing the same things you do or for not being perfect.   No one is perfect.
  1. Attitude is everything and you will never succeed with a negative or a bad one. Don’t let other people’s treatment of you now or in the past, define you. You know what you are and you know your capabilities and limitations. It’s OK to allow yourself to fail once in a while or rest when things get too crazy. Always be kind to yourself because in the end you are really all you have. You were born with you and will die with you, so learn to love and forgive yourself for being the human you were born to be.

God bless and peace be with everyone.

Daily Prompt: Another Year Has Gone By

Happy New Year!

kaboom2lrg

Praying and believing for people to open their eyes to the truth of the simplicity of the obvious that Jesus is the only way, truth and life. There is no hope or future for a world that does not accept and embrace loving their brother. No culture that promotes evil will ever last very long. The selfish and ignorant may like “doing their own things” but doing the right thing is the only way humanity will survive. Love is not something that always feels good for the giver. Real love can be very uncomfortable at times but it means placing the good of others before your own comfort.   It means a lot of forgiveness.

I am hoping that our new President will make the kind of decisions that are for the good of all and not just for the people that paid for his campaigning as most career politicians have to do. Praying that justice and logic is the order of the day for America instead of caving to the screams of the few that wish to pervert and defile that which is the natural order of things.

I Pray that all the lies, deceit and bad influence stops in our mainstream media and entertainment industries in America so that people can go back to a kinder, gentler way of life without being placed at one another’s throats. Negative and inaccurate reporting makes things look any way they wish depending on their current agenda and that’s not OK. The 2016 presidential election was completely uncalled for and I stayed so angry with the constant covering up and lying that was non-stop throughout. It was so obvious to those who are actually aware of what is going on. Sometimes I wish for the days when I was young and stupid.   I was so much happier. God bless the Children of God and I wish you all the best 2017 has to offer!

Daily Prompt: Lofty And True

The Words of Christ are never outdated and something to keep in your hearts.

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

This is the first and great commandment.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love they neighbour as thyself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Discover Challenge: Animal Rescue

I won’t go into details of how and why I had to rescue an 8-year-old male Akita over 300 miles away late Mother’s Day  in 2009.  I only did it because I did not want him to be put down because of his owners antics.

I will say that I knew nothing about this breed of dog and don’t remember if I even found out what breed of dog it was before driving there quite frankly.  I just thank God that I let him in my car when the officer brought the dog out to my vehicle in his harness because besides being very large, over a hundred pounds, he did not look happy at all!

raizen2009flrsmisc2009octvarioustreedamage-306

I actually didn’t say too much as he got into the back seat and within a short time I felt his muzzle on my shoulder as he let out a big doggy sigh.

I actually took a few days off work to get a routine for taking care of my boy while I worked full-time.  Thankfully he could hold his bladder from morning walk right before I left until I came straight home to let him out and this is with the food and water left out for him.  We always had an evening stroll before bed so he could do his business as well.  He had the run of the basement while I was gone or sometimes my neighbor, a dog lover that lost her own dog years before, wanted to watch him.

09072012pogirl2009miscflowersjuly192009-008

Poor puppy used to bark at every sound when he first came home with me and made sure I was aware of just how angry he was at me for taking him away from his family like that.  When I would talk to him, he would actually turn himself around from me and give me the cold shoulder over which he would turn his head and shoot a dagger or two at me.  I was “OMG, he’s mad at me.”  I won him over quickly because I was kind but firm.  Much later one of my sons told me that many people can’t even work with Akita’s because they are so strong-willed.  Again so glad I did not know all this ahead of time or I might have backed out.

I’m a pretty tough cookie myself and had to be very aggressive on the job so I actually had no problem with my pup after we had “our little talk.”  He was really giving me a hard time and would not listen to almost any command, not that I was sure of his previous training, but when he refused to come into the house one of the first evenings, I went out, put him in his harness and had to haul him in.  That was about the one and only time that happened.  I was about to get mad and I just looked at his sad little stubborn face, sat down and tried to explain to him that he has to listen to me because I am trying to help him and I want him to stay there with me.

raizen2010springflowersspring2010flowers-120

It was the funniest thing that he was acting like a naughty child and kept trying to turn his head away from me as well as blinking his eyes like he was thinking “OMG, please shut up!”  Luckily this did not “unnerve” me in any way at the time.  Not so sure how I would deal with another dog of this temperament now that I’m older.  My little talk did something because after that night he did act differently towards me.

raizen-after-walkj

Even when his owners could finally take him back, he did not want to go with them, he wanted to stay with me and told them so just like Lassie.  He barked at them like he was angry and then pranced up to me and leaned up against me showing them that he wanted to stay with me.  I was shocked and it melted my heart.

He passed away from a sudden illness two years later but he was a completely different dog by that time and my life was so enriched by my decision to let him into my heart even though it ended up being broken.  He needed me and I needed him and I think he must have sensed this.

We Are All Worthy of Love

I was in jail before I was born.

Very unique start for anyone and I don’t really want to go into details of why this is so, other than I come from a severely dysfunctional family and sometimes this happens to folks like us who never asked to be born in the first place. That’s why when I hear the heartless say that some “just make excuses” for their lives, I wish that they could take a walk in their shoes, if only for a day.

September has been declared National Suicide Prevention Awareness month. I hate all these “National this and that” but I guess if they did not do this, some things would be forgotten until they happen to us personally.   This is a subject that needs to be thought about since it adversely effects so many people.

There are many reasons that people decide they would “rather not be here.” These are the people that do not know their true worth and internalize guilt. They do not realize that life is very hard and horrible for most of us and that we really do have to remember that our “second wind” will come very shortly because life is nothing but change. They probably take everything way too seriously and personally maybe keep expecting things to work out exactly how they planned. Anyone who as ever tried or contemplated suicide knows exactly what I am talking about.

As someone who has survived a suicide attempt as a teenager, I know the dangers of our thought process, especially when we don’t know any better, and just how much anger has to do with this decision.   I would honestly say that anger, not sadness, is more to do with this act. Supposedly depression is anger internalized. I could never express anger when I was young or I would have been severely punished. I saw anger all the time from my parents and even siblings, but thought I just didn’t have it in me to be mad until I started getting older. I would react in fear all the time. Fear turns to anger after a while, that’s just a fact. You can only fear for so long then you begin to get very angry at that intimidating factor, whatever it may be. This is how revolutions are born, by the way.

Jesus saves, even today. LOVE ONE ANOTHER! It is commanded, which means it’s not if you feel like it, but it’s something you must do and I wonder why? Look around and if you cannot see that Jesus is the only truth, life and way, then you are kidding yourself.  Everyone deserves love and should act like it by giving this needed love to others as well.

Chorus from Casting Crowns “Who Am I?”

“I am a flower quickly fading, here today and gone tomorrow

a wave tossed in the ocean, a vapor in the wind.

Still you hear me when I’m calling, Lord, you catch me

when I’m falling and you’ve told me who I am.

                                           I am yours!”

Daily Prompt: Understanding

On earth, there isn’t much found.  And judging by the number of wars since recorded time, I doubt there ever will be understanding.  We may very well be a species that will end up destroying ourselves so that other animals can live safer, cleaner lives on this planet as long as it keeps spinning.

The heart of man will never change.  Jesus was born over 2000 years ago and His words of love and forgiveness have been preached for as long.  His words are mocked by most, but I am not sure what they find funny about it.  Are most really so far gone spiritually that they think of love as something to laugh at?  Yet when horrible things happen in this world, our corrupt news sources print stories about “people getting together in love and peace.”  The words of Christ, yet they make no mention of Him.  Why is there no real understanding?  Why are most still like stubborn, ignorant, disobedient children when it comes to worship and thanks?

Daily Prompt: Seeing Jesus Everywhere!

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”  John 15:13

FearlessLove thy God Luke 10 27

I guess I just feel sad for a world that does not have the miracles it needs. I won’t even pretend that if you deserved a miracle you would get one.  Because that’s simply not the truth.  I observe the glaring unfairness of life on a daily basis in most things and I fight desperately not to let this shake my faith because it is the only thing that is keeping me going at this time.

FearlessLight of Life John 8 12

At least I realize why I feel so bad at this time, why I’m so down and discouraged. After a lifetime of letdowns and discouragements, even tragedies, I am finally allowing myself to face my actual real feelings.  Instead of trying to psych myself up and buoy my spirits with false bravado.  Sadly, I know why I have been living this way.  If I do not fill myself with these positive feelings, there is nothing in me.  Children of abuse and neglect do not have anything good that was deposited inside of them.  There is only evil and despair.  This is the reason our world is in the state that it is in.  People that are filled with all kinds of evil krap or nothing at all.

FaithfulAbstain

Jesus spoke of this phenomena and everything He said is the truth. He spoke of this condition after exorcism that if the person did not fill his “house” with the Word of God, that the evil would return and bring some friends.  I guess even demons have friends and yet how hard is it for some of us believers to find even one true one?

Faithful2006Jesusfluffyclouds1enhancedwillofmyFather

I was feeling so bad yesterday that when I was standing in line to purchase my frozen spinach pizza, which wasn’t bad by the way, a tiny book near the magazines caught my eye.  I’ve never noticed these before but “Jesus” caught my eye.  The title of the periodical was Simple Grace and just underneath was the headline “Jesus is Looking For You, Can You be Found?”  Good question.  God only knows, no pun intended.  Well, I purchased it and will attempt to read through the entire booklet and see what it has to offer spiritually and let you know.

Daily Prompt: The Contrasting World We Live In

If you wish to see striking contrast, look around you or turn on the news.  Everyday in every way in all aspects of the world, especially with us humans.

Saints and sinners.

Heroes and villains.

Love and hate.

Peace and war.

Most of us are in between somewhere.  I think that most of us are good most of the time but some really go all out to do what is right, no matter what the risk is to themselves.  Some are only good when someone is watching, but they don’t count, lol.

The contrast are those that go out of their way, expend energy, to harm or destroy others, to be the lowest they can be and for some reason this is OK with their psyche.  They risk their life not to be a hero or to help save a life but to end it or ruin something or someone.  Really makes you think doesn’t it?

They used to say “There but for the Grace of God, go I” to try and make people less likely to hate and judge others that don’t do the right thing as most do and really it is a pretty accurate statement aside from the fact of wondering why this is so.

This is why I find the blind stupidity of evil intolerable.  You can see it, all can see it, yet instead of being someone who heals and helps they harm.  The way you treat others is the way you feel about yourself.  Since we are all worth loving there is no good reason for it.

Please pray for peace in our world.

Daily Prompt: Political Missteps

This blog post won’t be big enough!

Ronald Reagan once said “If we ever forget that we are “one nation under God” then we will be a nation gone under.”

This has now happened.  The longer liberal ideology is promoted to others, the further God will be in their minds.  Liberals have the selfish agenda of doing your own thing, as long as it’s not the right thing.  Then you are “one of them.”  If you believe in self-control and self-discipline you are mocked and hated and even called a hater yourself for not loving their sin.  I will love the sinner and forgive the sinner once they repent, and would never lie to them and tell them sinning is fun for the whole family.  It’s not.

I am amazed at the immature, low-class behavior that is the norm of most of our debates, regardless of the candidates.  For some reason it’s already down to only Clinton and Sanders as far as the Democrats go.  The Republicans candidates appear to be down to Trump, Kasich, Rubio and Cruz.  I really don’t care for any of them, but again with the lesser of two evils, it would have to be between Trump and Sanders.

There were rumors flying recently about certain powerful people holding a clandestine meeting to work out plans to destroy Donald Trump.  If this is true, they suck.  Anyone who plots to destroy someone needs to have the tables turned.  Despite rumors to the contrary, The Donald is not Hitler reincarnated.  I don’t even think Hillary is.  His rhetoric is mean-spirited for a fact and I don’t like it, but he is not pussyfooting around like the others do.  Most politicians have such a fake persona.  They give flowery speeches and try to sound so kind and benevolent to all in the hopes that they receive their vote.  Then, surprise, the campaign promises never come to fruition.

As far as our current President, which I admit to voting for both terms, I do not agree with many of his decisions and I certainly do not agree with his rhetoric that America is not fair enough or kind enough to criminals of every capacity.  He has made numerous racist remarks that would never be tolerated if a white man had said them.  This is reverse discrimination, in case he has not heard of it.  If you break the law, you pay regardless of your race.  If you vote, you show proof, just like I’ve done my entire life as an adult, regardless of your race.  If you come into America, you do so legally regardless of where you are coming from.  There is no excuse not to.  In my book, all lives matter and nobody has any right to break any law for any reason.  If they do they tell the rest of us they think they are better or somehow more deserving than us.  The rule is for only us and not them.  I think not and if this is so, you better fully explain it to the rest of us so that we can understand it.  President Obama’s biggest mistake is to make light of certain people’s crimes and in doing so sent a very deadly message to all.

This is why so many are upset with our current President and the direction our country is quickly turning and that is the way of the criminal and those who break laws.  You have to ask yourself, why would any leader, especially one in America, encourage bad behavior in their citizens?  Give a mayor a promotion that publicly said to allow criminals to destroy another citizens property, harm or even kill someone  else?  This person should have lost her job.  As well encourage or placate any creep that thinks they can kill, rob or destroy in our country.  Then welcome people to come here that are flat-out breaking all of our immigration laws spouting the insanity that “everyone knows our immigration laws are broken!”  The only thing broken here are some of our politicians with hidden agendas lying their way into office.

Again, the only reason you would encourage anarchy in your own country as a leader is to encourage the civil unrest that would spread, allowing you to declare martial law and staying in office that much longer.  Think about and watch it happen if a Democrat does not win the election this year.  Please get familiar with the entire chapter 13 of Romans.  The word is clear on how God sanctified leaders are supposed to behave.  Anything less, especially the opposite, is a mockery to God and against scriptural teachings.  In other words, no man of God goes against what is right and good.

Romans13 03 enhanced

This is not always the case anymore.

Since I believe in treating others as you wish to be treated, even as a Christian I do sadly believe if you are killed or maimed committing an evil act, you got what you knew was coming.  Don’t act shocked, angry or surprised, unless you do think you are some privileged character and above the rest of us.  Jesus said to forgive a man if he repents.  He never said to coddle the devil.

Doing your own thing or doing God’s thing.  For me it’s not a choice.
